    The objective of this work is to create a proposal for improvement in quality-oriented aspects on the company Textiles Vásquez Aragonés SAS, belonging to the textile and confection sector, for the development of this work we took regulatory aspects such as the norm ISO 9001 of the year 2015, where it established the requirements for the implementation of quality management systems, also we took the different assessment and diagnostic tools, it exposed in an integrated way, in order to find specific weaknesses and proposals for improvement, taking quality into account as a competitive strategy in the organization, which provides greater satisfaction of the needs of all the stakeholders; Here is the importance of establishing quality guidelines in general.
