    Percepción de los empleados de empresas industriales en Funza frente al indicador social: la remuneración, la prestación y carrera.

    Using a descriptive and explanatory research and using the mixed approach (qualitative and quantitative), the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of Funza's industrial companies vis-à-vis the employees working in them is disclosed. The analysis is based on the use of the Ethos Indicators, especially in the indicator called “Remuneration, benefits and career policies”. The tool was applied to a representative sample of the population through probabilistic sampling. At the end of the investigation, the opportunity that companies have in establishing policies that increase the level of productivity of employees and in turn generate strategies aimed at employees to increase the quality of life is evident
