Every year the high school graduates are searching in the superior education a better way to make better their quality life finding an excellent job, well payed and where they can exploit their capabilities all the way, however, the reality turns completely different in the moment of obtain the title of technic, technology or college professional. From the Agustiniana University searches the way from contribute with the student of Technology in Gastronomy for they can reach their potential in the application of traditional pedagogic strategies that let the student a suitable appropriation of knowledge, however sometimes it is limited to teaching of competences and it keeps short at moment to resolve common situations from the real workplace, making necessary that from the academy evolve the way of teaching so that the student can function properly in the industry, making more and better employees in quality and payment.
