    Análisis de la logística del comercio electrónico en la cadena de valor B2C en Colombia

    The present work is a descriptive research focused on the search for the optimization of the logistics components of the value chain in B2C E-Commerce, for this the specific fields in operational matters were analyzed, making a diagnosis at a general level showing indicators of logistics performance and others with respect to the evolution in online shopping and the increase in users in digital systems, the problems of each link in the value chain were exposed, to determine the processes, the consumer typology as well as the models that are currently being adopted by companies according to their systems for choosing logistics providers, and as these are important to apply them to be prepared and trained for atypical situations, demonstrating how the new digital era forces large, medium and small companies to be participants of E-Commerce forcing them to be efficient in it. In relation to this, a series of recommendations based on surveys, models such as the collaborative economy, as well as reports of studies carried out on the management of said processes were worked on. According to this, it was evidenced how technology influences the application of the logistics system to achieve the standards required by the client and how synchronization improves times in the B2C model.
