Item Competencia emocional como eje fundamental en el quehacer pedagógicoRomero-Pena, Jhonn Anderson; Gomez-Arce, Lisseth Johanna; Otálvaro Simijaca, Wuendy JohannaThe objective of this paper is to demonstrate the implications of the designated and established guidelines by the Quality Management System for some Educational Institutions of the private sector, located in town 11 from Bogotá city, which possibly have got an impact on the suitable management of emotions by teachers. This reflective exercise is based on a literature review that allows us to understand the relevance of managing emotions by teaching staff, as well as identifying different sources that get involved in emotional imbalance, regarding to follow the assigned guidelines by the System of Educational Management. Therefore, it is established as a research approach focusing on a qualitative way, through a correlational exercise which proposes to set up a connection between the implications of the Educational Management system and the management of emotions. As a data collection resource for this proposal, the application of surveys is proposed allowing the connection between the categories that delimit the article, which let affirming that there are different guidelines that affect the emotional competence of teachers due to the assignment of immediate tasks, appropriation of digital resources to take over new challenges in the educational field.
