    The company HItopografia Ltda, is dedicated to perform surveying services in each of the contracted works, since 2005, this company has conducted topographic studies at the location and survey level. Your customers belong to the construction sector and civil works. In order to diagnose the company, It seeks to view the customer's expectations, the management of suppliers, market conditions and business processes, and the same to apply the different elements and diagnostic tools, through observations and visits, are based to analyze the situation of the company, that is why we are looking for a business improvement, for the partners of the company and we want to provide strategies to improve the Organizational organization and management of the company at the administrative and financial level. For which the present project Integrator conduct a study of theneeds of the company, where you have more control over the current and futuremovements of the entity. In short, will be the application of tools like Pestel, the swot , the 5 forces of Porter and the MML model, obtaining an analysis of each tool to reveal the problems that the company has.
