    This research analyzes the evolution of Colombian banking after the arrival of ICT in Colombia since the opening of the economy and its influence on the forms of payment of international negotiation through tools such as debit and credit cards, PSE payments and mobile applications as means of payment for the common and for businessmen. The analyzed data show the acceptance that these tools have had in Colombian companies, especially the credit card that has become an alternative for the payment of imports and exports of the country generating a great benefit in terms of time and costs in the international Business
