Diseño de una excursión interpretativa para el ecoparque ¨La Poma¨ en el municipio de Soacha - Cundinamarca.
Aldana Rodriguez, Diego Alexander; Rodriguez Perez, Emily Julieth; Gil Ortiz, Mariana; León, Mauricio
The purpose of this written work is to design an interpretive ecological excursion that will serve as a tool for the guide, applied to the ¨La Poma¨ Ecopark, in the Soacha - Cundinamarca municipality. To carry out this project, the potentials of the natural tourist resources of the place were identified, through the realization of the taxonomy of flora and fauna species. Afterwards, we proceeded to make the weighted DOFA matrix, in which the following preponderant points were shown: weaknesses such as, lack of innovation in their activities and guides not sufficiently prepared; strengths such as, great diversity of flora and fauna, and its vast landscape appeal; threats of a fire or appearance of parasitic species, as well as opportunities such as the increase in tourism in Soacha. Then, the product model of Philip Kotler was taken to identify the different components of La Poma park and how to take advantage of them with ecoexcursion. To perform the script, the mixed planned interpretation was selected, in which formal and informal interpretation opportunities are taken into account, then the interpretive techniques were chosen adapting them to environmental education and what the park can offer, as well as recommendations were established for the guide and the visitor, and from the mapping and identification of stops, the interpretive script with recreational features was developed.
