    CRAZY SPORT, under the motto of satisfying the needs of its stake holders or interest groups sees the importance of designing a quality management system based on ISO 9001: 2015 with the primary objective of following all its parameters to: create structure documentary that allows to keep processes and procedures of all areas of the company fully updated, continuous improvement in the processes of the organization, customer loyalty and other stakeholders, brand recognition, attraction of new customers, penetration of national and international markets and above all the creation of a culture of quality, which is focused on the manufacture of quality products. The design of this system will allow the company to compete in a globalized market, provoking day after day, continuous improvement and innovation in all its organizational culture, in order to achieve the organizational objectives and fulfill its strategic vision.
