    At call of the businessman and in fulfillment to the procedure established in the Article 10 of the Decree 1377, issued On June 27, 2013, which regulates the law 1581 of 2012 and which constitutes the general frame of the protection of the personal information in Colombia, the trade name has been replaced by the name of SUPPLIES SUGARCO S.A.S. The present project focuses in the analysis, design and offer of plans of improvement, in use of methodological instrumentos associated with the strategic management for the company SUPPLIES SUGARCO S.A.S., for it, counterfoils are used as support as: the MMGO, surveys and diagnoses to every area there comes near to an analysis of each one of his areas of interest, which allows the capture of decisions under information offered from different origins and with it, to manage.
