    The purpose of this research work is to describe the current conditions of new and used tires during operation at Ciudad Limpia Bogotá S.A. E.S.P., which progressively shows a permanent process of improvement. In order to determine the environmental impact and to mitigate this impact, the research problem was based on the amount of tires used in the city of Bogotá, tires used without any control, focusing on the conditions of handling a company's tires to in order to generate and create control and improvement activities that help in the reduction of special materials to the environment, achieving with this activity to improve the current conditions of the environment and the quality of life by reducing the levels of lower CO2 production Therefore, the methodology used to define and help improve the environmental and social problems stated above is determined in the realization of a methodology that we will divide into three parts
