    The business improvement plan for the implementation of promotional strategies at the Bogotá Fitness Club gym located in the suburb of La Gaitana, is composed of extensive research through different diagnostic tools for the knowledge of the company and the market, as well same, through a theoretical support and financial analysis, with the intention of clearly understanding the problem that the gym is currently facing, finding the need to generate promotional strategies to increase the number of customers, where the plan and strategies Improved proposals this situation and seek the acquisition, conversion and loyalty of current and potential customers. Thus, how to implement this plan is to inform about the differentiating services in the sector that is located and the target audience, generating a knowledge of how to communicate them through a marketing tool such as promotion, always looking for the gym manages to prepare and generate a competitive advantage through the different strategies that will be detailed.
