    At REPREGAHER Ltda. the need to facilitate monitoring, management and control in the company was identified, allowing workers to view the status of each product in real time and maintain more efficient control throughout the logistics and operational process. For this purpose, the objective of implementing a web application that optimizes merchandise control was initiated. Extreme Programming (XP) was used as the methodological design. This made it possible to optimize response times, reduce human errors and improve decision-making based on updated information. The web application integrates control elements such as real-time inventory management, automatic alerts for critical stock levels and consultation modules for customers, allowing greater transparency in information. System inputs include product, order, supplier and import data, while outputs are geared towards automated reporting, detailed movement history and timely sourcing notifications. This solution seeks to improve efficiency, traceability and precision in the handling of goods, adapting to the current needs of the business environment, characterized by the digitalization of processes and the need for immediate information; In addition, it contributes to strengthening internal organization, improving administrative control and increasing the company's competitiveness in the market.
