To establish the feasibility of the project, a preliminary study was carried out through surveys, research and other strategic and organizational plans that allow us to know if the creation of the project is viable. Nowadays fast foods have taken a strong position encouraging people to look for food and preparations in places or fast food stalls, facilitating the entry into said business. For the introduction of the product in the market, different ways of reaching the consumer have been proposed, through advertising and marketing strategies that successfully attract the customer. The financial study is an essential part of the project, in this you can see a profitability in terms of annual income and sales as estimated, for the project it is positive, these and other criteria of financial evaluation that the project will be beneficial, or If necessary, adjustments will be made so that it becomes profitable over time. The kebab product adapted to the national gastronomy constitutes a new concept in the city of Bogotá, being a fundamental marketing strategy for the introduction of the product. With all the corresponding studies and analysis, it was concluded that the project can be positioned in the market and become profitable.
