The main problem is the high incidence of neck pain in this occupational group, primarily related to prolonged periods of sitting, constant neck flexion, and few changes in posture during the workday. The overall objective was to analyze the available scientific evidence on neck pain and its relationship with exercise, posture, and cervical mobility factors.
