    The main objective of this project is to propose an improvement in the hiring processes in the Colombian Fund for Family Subsidy Colsubsidio in the area of human talent, since reprocessing and cost overruns have been evidenced due to delays in hiring processes. We want to achieve continuous improvement through the use of new tools and an action plan to follow in order to meet the objectives, which are the key points that will help the effective growth of the organization, evaluating performance and also being able to make decisions. that allow achieving organizational objectives and policies. Therefore, a preliminary diagnosis of the current state of the organization has been structured and the problem presented has been identified, then the investigation of information with theoretical support from the referring authors was carried out to solve the requirement of improvements for the contracting processes. As a final result, there will be a proposal to improve the hiring times of the Colombian Fund for Family Subsidy Colsubsidio in the area of human talent, in order to support and fulfill the proposed objectives following the action plan.
