    This housing project has been developed in the city of Bogotá, specifically in the El Tintal locality, with a focus on addressing the economic, social, and accessibility needs of those who will choose this project as their future residence. The design and development of these housing units take into account the diversity of the population and strive to provide suitable housing solutions for all. This initiative aims to improve the quality of life of the residents by providing them with a habitable and accessible environment, promoting social and economic inclusion within the local community. The main goal of the project is to meet the housing demands in the El Tintal locality, responding to the changing needs of the population and contributing to the sustainable development of the city of Bogotá.
