The differentiating factor in organizations today is made by people; that same human capital that day by day offers its knowledge, abilities and skills. With an ideal human capital, it is necessary to design strategies that ensure that they take advantage of the skills and develop their maximum potential, which is why managing well-being activities that tend to improve labor productivity has become the allied process to reach the levels required for the performance of human talent. Likewise, the human resources teams have the responsibility of establishing the strategies, capacities, knowledge, incentives, negotiation plans and work guidelines, functions, responsibilities and characteristics of the positions associated with the need of the areas; That is why the teams in these areas must have the necessary support to generate spaces for motivation and strengthening in favor of the company. For this reason, and as a general objective of the following presentation and characterization of the workers in the human resources area of Postal Services, is to identify the type of population that is working and their social, economic and educational conditions, as well as cultural environments. and perception of the work they do, with the aim of presenting a strategy and wellness plan and incentives only for that area, promoting productivity and focus on the worker.
