    Diseño de propuesta de mejora basado en algunos pilares de la filosofía tpm (Mantenimiento Productivo Total) para la empresa resortes A&G.

    The purpose of this project is to design an improvement proposal based on some pillars of the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) methodology for the company Springs A&G. To develop this proposal, an analysis of the current diagnosis of the organization was carried out against the requirements of the TPM, this analysis allowed us to identify both strengths and weaknesses that the organization had against the pillars of the subject under study. Currently the TPM is a widely used tool in the manufacturing industry since it allows to evaluate the structural and productive performance of the production lines from the maintenance point of view. The results confirm that, although the company currently has certain strengths in the production area, this is not enough to improve the performance of the machinery and in turn the productivity and quality of the organization's products, this shows us that the proposal raised is feasible to improve these aspects.
