    Grupo Repremundo is a family of companies dedicated to foreign trade activities founded in 1980 by Alberto Serrano Rueda, who is currently the president and principal legal representative. Company constituted 40 years ago where it is currently recognized in Colombia among the companies and people of the sector for its excellent work and experience that it has acquired over the years. It is characterized by having processes geared and complete with each other, among these one of the most important areas is the commercial one, which has direct contact with the customer and allows the company to continue expanding as it has been doing all these years. At the moment of making a diagnosis of the functions that compose this area is evidenced an obstacle that interferes in the response times directly with the customer since they are performed manually, the procedures that stand out for this are the rates, quotes and disclosed. The objective of this project is to provide effective and efficient solution to the problems encountered in diagnosing the area, proposing to the company the automation through the implementation of a module in the GRM platform, which is of its own ownership. With this we aim to reduce response times, increase internal standards and the scope of information in an agile way for the required processes.
