Concerning the above, companies must have prior knowledge of internal activities to exercise control that directs them to exercise continuous long-term growth with efficiency and mitigating any setbacks that may arise. With the above described purpose of generating optimal quality control to maintain a great evangelical project and business conception focused on the work of generosity, the Archdiocesan Food Bank Foundation of Bogotá decided that it was necessary to carry out an identification, documentation ,and verification of the procedures of the company; In this project it was carried out with the Operations and Logistics Management where the areas of Logistics and Non-food are located and with the Administrative and Financial Management where the Human Management area is located, it was generated through the construction of routines with information provided by employees during meetings generated throughout their working day, in order to delve a little more about the way of working of each one, identifying improvement plans and fulfillment of the assigned functions for each of them by its administrative leaders.
