    This document was realized consider the tourist potential of township of Ubaque, which has a diversity of atractives and resources that could be take advantage of the touristic activity, however, the apathy of diferent organizations and the local comunity hasn't allowed the developmentof this as one of the principal economic activities, therefore this place has not recognized as one of the favorite places by the tourists in the eastern province, consequently, it's collected most of information of differents areas about Ubaque looking know his actual situation, with this is consider two touristic typologies, this can show the best viability for the township. Finally, with the results it is proposed the touristic marketing strategies that can potentialize the image of Ubaque, highlighting his differentiating factors consider a target audience to offer this kind of tourism that are presented in this investigation project.
