    The project arose in response to the need of the hardware retailer in Colombia R.F.C. S.A.S., which is essential to understand, improve, and standardize its internal processes. Hence the opportunity to start this work, where various activities are carried out to establish the necessary changes to achieve the standardization and planning of a quality system, implementing a policy based on total quality, continuous improvement and achieving customer satisfaction. . According to this, a work plan is developed that facilitates the implementation of the quality management system in accordance with the international standard ISO 9001 version 2015. In the short term it will allow the organization to face the problems of internal administration that arise nowadays. First, an initial diagnosis is made to know the current situation of the company against the norm.
