In this document, the objective was to build a scale prototype for warehouse management, aimed to small and medium-sized companies, using a robotic arm and an AGV robot. As a starting point, several investigations of related topics were carried out, in addition to collecting useful information to complete the objective of the project, the design thinking methodology was followed, to make the plans, program the prototype, build it and finally test it. Likewise, some parameters were established for its proper implementation in a real warehouse environment; the prototype worked properly during the tests, where it also revealed possible improvements in its design that are left available for future projects such as the addition of an extra degree of freedom, as well as building the system and testing it in real environments, in addition to making a comparison between warehouses in which it is implemented against others that have not done it.
