    Análisis de la inversión extranjera directa en el sector minero del Tolima, Estudio del caso “La Colosa”

    In this research project the analysis and descriptive study of the La Colosa project on the golden exploration in the open sky in Cajamarca’s town Tolima's department - Colombia Where an exhaustive analysis is made about what is causing the AGA Company since its arrival in the department of Tolima. In which it can be shown that it has generated social, environmental and economic reactions This work was characterized by describing the FDI of the mining energy sector in the Colombian economy based on the case study of La Colosa mine in Tolima, identifying the participation of foreign capital between 1994 and 2018, evidencing a significant growth in the recent years in the mining and quarry sector, this is because Colombia has several natural resources which means a striking exploitation to the foreign country. AngloGlod Ashanti since his arrival in Colombia in 2004 wants to explore the gold deposit la colosa as it finds an opportunity for the gold production process. But this is fundamentally and strongly conflicting because there are several tensions between the currently habitats because they do not agree for the management that will be given to the water resource, generating negative impacts on the socioeconomic environment of Tolima.
