Through this prefeasibility study, all the variables that are involved in the installation of a charging station for heavy-duty electric vehicles are analyzed. For this, a projective type investigation is used in which primary and secondary data are collected and analyzed, taking into account the global problem generated by air pollution by diesel vehicles which the country is in an advanced state of use. In order to collect the necessary information, a Market study was carried out which allowed the identification of a possible demand to calculate the projection of energy sales, as well as a technical study, it was possible to establish unnecessary for the provision of the service and the satisfaction of the demand, in addition to establishing the location of the charging station and its layout. In order to establish the legal framework within which the organization will be developed, a legal study was carried out which allowed identifying the levels of risks associated with the charges required for the execution of the service. In addition, an administrative study was carried out to identify the organizational structure by creating corporate policies and values in addition to establishing the manual of functions of each of the business positions in order to strategically position the organization. Finally, a Financial study was made in order to establish the viability of the business.
