    Diseño de un plan estratégico para la Empresa Huevos de oro Rivera

    This thesis was executed in the company Huevos de Oro Rivera, where the goal is the design of the core strategy for the organization, and achieving the survival in time and growth. The design is based in implementing an internal and external analysis, a proposal of mission and vision, objectives, linking of the personnel, the profiling of functions and management index that allow the measuring of the sketched objectives. By means of the monthly visits and interviews, the personal information was compiled to carry out SWOT and MMMO analysis. As a result, external factors and internal factors that produce positive and negative impact were identified and the strategic direction for the company Huevos de Oro Rivera was made.
