    This research seeks to highlight the potential of the orange economy for the growth, development and progress of Colombia, by strengthening the cultural, artistic and innovative activities that are currently available. Therefore, it seeks to establish the value chain of a theater company in the country, focused on social inclusion and teaching through creative methods, in order to increase their level of competitiveness, achieve a position and stay in the market in the long term, to high efficiency standards in its productive chain and all those links that make up the value chain, since the cultural industry has presented a great development and constant growth in the last decade, generating the need to adapt to the new Trends to mitigate the impact caused by the different strategies that globalization brings.
