    In carrying out this work as a degree option, the implementation of the product management process was carried out with respect to the real importance of complying with the requirements and requirements of the NTC ISO 9001: 2015 standard. According to the competitiveness, the product that is offered in a globalized market, must be differentiated from the competition in order to achieve trust with the customer. To achieve this end, the company must have a product process with which it can measure its effectiveness. As a consequence of this need, Tracker de Colombia SAS, decides to include in the Quality Management System the numeral 8.3 Design and Development of the Products and Services under the guidelines of the NTC ISO 9001: 2015, an opportunity to increase the reliability of the services provided to customers and therefore satisfy their needs to the maximum, improving the corporate image and achieving their loyalty, under the ideology of continuous improvement, the survival and growth of the organization is estimated.
