    Plan de bienestar en una empresa del sector construcción para el personal administrativo en Cundinamarca municipio de Cajicá en el año 2019, con la pandemia

    The impact of the Welfare Plan designed for administrative workers of a company in the construction sector in Cundinamarca municipality of Cajicá in 2019, with the pandemic, is analyzed in order to deepen how this influences the work and personal life of each of the workers of that company, knowing how the employer ensures the implementation and dissemination of its benefits, delivering to the same opportunities for improvement for the current telework in search of a good organizational climate. The area of Human Talent together with the area of Safety and Health at Work unified efforts for the increase in the quality of life and the improvement of the perception that the workers obtain from their company. Through mixed research, conducting field work, supported with a measurement instrument such as the survey through Google Forms where it is possible to know the perception of workers against the modifications made to the welfare plan and how this contributed individually in the life of each of the collaborators. The results indicate that the vast majority of the employees of the construction company recognize the effectiveness of the wellness plan implemented in times of pandemic, highlighting that they had great emotional support from their employer, which led them to continue with the performance of their work in a safe and calm manner.
