    In the present work is intended to show the improvement plan of the company Transavinco SAS, this is a company that since 2014 provides the specialized transport service of dry, liquid and refrigerated cargo by road, mainly in the sector of Cundinamarca and in El Meta, this is the selected company as an object of study through which it is intended to contribute to the development of the same with a proposal for improvement, based on a preliminary diagnosis that allows identifying the main strategic problems that the company has. Through the objectives tree, the causes and effects of these problems can be captured graphically and with the help of the objectives tree, an improvement proposal consisting of designing a marketing department for the company TRANSAVICO SAS can be proposed. The MML matrix is ​​used to identify those involved, the problems, the causes and the effects in order to help meet the objectives to improve the identified problems, generating innovative ideas to achieve an integral advance in the company.
