    This document is the final report of the graduation work, in which an investigation about the study of emotional risk factors that consecuentaly affects productivity in a collab group in the Homecenter shopping mall in the city of Cucuta, because of covid-19 and the measures to face the pandemic that affected the previously mentioned workers is done. The investigation's purpose is to provide information that can be of use for the organization in the improvement of the work environment during the pandemic and thus contribute to its sustainability politic in the safety and care of its workers. For this matter theories that are the most related to emotional risk and organization's productivity have been taken as the inclusion criteria. These theories are based in affirmations that confirm a casual relationship between the situation and the emocional condition of the individual in his performance as a worker. It was through the recollection of data through the conducted survey that the most relevant risk factors that influenced productivity were able to be recognized
