    In the search to contribute to an improvement in the development of human capital, different theorists have wanted to understand how the relations of workers between they, and with their environment, affect productivity, motivation and satisfaction during the development of their activities. And that is exactly what we try in this document. We make a case study in which we observe the organizational climate of the company ALFOX SAS A measurement of its organizational climate is carried out and, based on said measurement, we proceed to develop a human talent management model capable of thoroughly understand the dynamics of the company, as well as the elaboration of certain suggestions. The model according to which this writing is developed is the model on which organizational climate, by Rensis Likert.
