The project is based on strategic planning, this being a technique used by managers to take an organization to productivity. This method consists of formulating and implementing strategies that help the fulfillment of objectives. On the other hand, a qualitative research is applied, with a focus on case study, because it allows to examine and deepen an entity. In addition, it presents a real problem and the information is true. With the above, the company Construcciones Majholica SAS is investigated, to propose strategies that help to improve. This company, is classified in the construction sector, its purpose is to perform civil intelligence activities and services. The symptoms that the organization presents are the limitation of resources and lack of communication, generating a restricted growth. The respective study is developed through eight modules, from which a diagnosis of the current state of the company is obtained, and at the same time, proposals for improvement and measurement indicators are generated. In this way, there is evidence of a lack of organizational structure, corporate values, function manuals and negotiation policies within the company. Similarly, there is a deficiency in the handling of information, causing bad decisions, also, the company's accounting software is wasted because it does not have a suitable person in that process. On the other hand, Construcciones Majholica has survived the obstacles, has a good organizational climate, but needs to improve its administrative part to achieve a higher competitive level and thus growth.
