    The main objective of this paper is to show a proposal based on the use of technology that allow to whoever uses it, to know the most critical processes generated form of a transaction of foreign trade including some questions commons about topics customs and exchanges issues; the carrying out of this proposal it is done based on the making of a hypothetical model of spreading and sharing information that start form: firstly, the actual status of Colombian microenterprises with regard to use of technology and its connection besides relationship with the Colombian foreign trade, and secondly, the commercial offer about Systems Business Intelligence in Colombia. Taken into consideration this, determined some technical aspects that would contain the development of the platform as: user interface, related costs, rates for public and the unauthorized uses; in connection with the paper structure, it is comprised for theoretical preamble (including approach to the problem, objectives, justification and reference framework), three chapters about the topic and a conclusion section that provided in organizing main abstractions.
