    Internacionalización del pez ornamental Arowana plateado

    This research work was carried out during the second cycle of 2019, in order to develop a study on the production of ornamental fish specifically the Colombian Silver Arowana fish (Osteoglossum bicirrhosum), to determine potential markets to which can be exported and determined an internationalization strategy to the market with more potential, bearing in mind that biotrade is a booming trend and a country with natural wealth such as Colombia must take advantage of the opportunities that are generated from sustainable way. For the development of this research, a descriptive and qualitative methodology was used, in which mainly secondary sources of information were used. Similarly, the work is based on the theory of available resources, taking into account that few ecosystems in which the fish is located in mention. As a result, attractive markets were identified in Europe, in articulating Germany and the Netherlands, so the last chapter focuses on the export strategy to these two nations.
