    Plan estratégico de alianzas comerciales enfocadas el área comercial de la cámara de comercio e industria colombo chilena

    This project aims to establish a strategic improvement plan that will be focused on the commercial area of the Colombo Chilean Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCICC) headquartered in Colombia, the project will be based on management by objectives in order to introduce how the commercial management is carried out for each affiliated company, applying diagnostic tools such as the swot and the value chain, which will provide a previous model of the strategy to be applied; This improvement plan will allow both the affiliate and the chamber to benefit since the proposal consists of implementing alliances with associations that facilitate contact with specific sectors and target companies by the affiliates in order to achieve commercial approaches that generate value to the CCICC.
