    Propuesta de mejora mediante la aplicación de Lean Manufacturing en el proceso de alistamiento y cargue para la empresa LIFTIT CARGO SAS.

    In order to give importance to the interrogations that brings failures in the enrolment and loading of the distribution center of the company Liftit Cargo SAS.; failures that the company has had for a couple years and the result is an increase, the author makes an study using the philosophy of Lean Manufacturing to be able to find different tools which allow the solution of this, making 50 interviews to the workers of the company to have a clearer concept of the situation. Evoking the previous studies carried out by the author during his learning and quoting various authors that allow us to find the best option, applying methodologies like a simulation using queue theories are applied to obtain a case of improvement and the implementation of standardized work by training workers, whose tools are the fundamental basis of the proposal research, resulting in a big change facing of delays in loading vehicles, a decrease in delivery times and unsolicited orders, among others, generating profits that the company was failing to earn, in addition to improving the productivity of both, workers and the company in general.
