This degree work seeks to contribute to the proper functioning of the human management department of the company Ingeniería Eléctrica Raulíneas SAS, located in the city of Bogotá and is of a small SME nature. At the moment; The company is growing and has presented problems in the provision of its services because it does not have suitable personnel in some positions that allow it to cover market demand. Due to the present need, it has chosen to hire people who do not have the skills and abilities to perform the functions that the position deserves and this has caused dissatisfaction in some services. To achieve the stated objectives, qualitative research with a descriptive approach is used, through the methodology of bibliographic analysis of sources obtained on the web, such as books, magazines, reports and repositories associated with the proposal. Also, field work is carried out that facilitates the collection of the necessary information to build the profiles of each position and the functions. The foregoing allowed the design and implementation of the manual of human talent positions profiles emphasized in the recruitment of personnel through the elaboration of the recruitment process and the different formats that are required for the development of the process. These will allow both internal and external personnel to obtain a general perspective of the function of each position, of the skills and knowledge required to fill a vacancy.
