    Análisis sobre la inserción y aprovechamiento del agua pluvial en el mercado nacional e internacional

    This project is inspired by the search for an adequate use of rainwater in the national and international market, managing to identify whether or not there is an industry that has set itself the task of giving rainwater a correct use and managing to export it to the countries that they would need this resource, so the objective of this research is to discover the strengths that the rainwater industry in Colombia would have for its entry into international markets; In this project, the most relevant guidelines are given to be able to carry out the implementation of the feasibility study, which allows identifying whether the project is viable or not, looking for national and international companies that allow carrying out this study, additional carries out a study of the theories of sustainable development that allows knowing its applicability, among the most important points is the technological implementation, construction and commercialization of innovative products and systems in rainwater harvesting, in the country and internationally.

    Certificación ISO 14001: efecto financiero en las empresas de Colombia

    The ISO 14001 standard is proposed as a tool for environmental management within companies. The number of organizations adopting this standard has been increasing both globally and in Colombia, as has research on the subject. Despite the greater number of studies on ISO 14001, there are few references to Latin America; among those that do exist, quantitative studies on the economic effects of the certification are scarce. Thus, this work aims to determine whether having the ISO 14001 certification has an impact on the valuation of certified and non-certified companies. With a quantitative methodology, we analyzed the ROE and the market capitalization of companies from the Colombian Stock Exchange that were certified and not certified with ISO 14001.     Diagnóstico Cadena de Valor Sostenible: Agrosistemas ecológicos de Bogotá-Región

    This is the final report of the project "Value chains in bioeconomy: case studies in Bogota Region" and that gives account of the product of social appropriation Strengthening the value chain for agro-ecological producers in Tenjo and Tibacuy. The project aims to contribute along the lines proposed by the "Misión de Sabios" (Ministerio de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación, 2020), ensuring food security, sustainably increasing primary production and encouraging changes in production and consumption patterns, while the aim is to establish strategies to strengthen the bioeconomy business value chain, particularly organic farming. Specifically, it sought to support the diagnosis of value chains of agro-ecological products with two organizations: Agrosolidaria - sectional Tibacuy and Asociación de Mujeres Microempresarias de Tenjo As Hogar (Cundinamarca), through a participatory action research methodology which allowed, dialectically, with the same community of producers, strategies for strengthening value-generating activities and improving weak links in their value chain.

    El fortalecimiento de la importación de autopartes a través de estrategias para mitigar los efectos del covid-19 en tecnautos y el sector automotriz colombiano

    The objective of this report is to demonstrate the improvements that can be developed in Tecnautos and in the automotive sector as a result of the impact that Covid-19 generated on imports and exports of auto parts. Through the analysis of certain factors and the new adaptation processes, it is proposed to encourage entrepreneurs in the automotive sector to take new adaptation measures based on certain strategies so that the sector is strengthened through the analysis in concentration of the needs of the clients, association and investment in technologies towards new markets. Throughout the content of this document, information is presented on the composition of the company from its history, its organization and processes, the value chain in the automotive sector at the national level and likewise the approach to the problem with its respective objectives according to information and statistical data, the national panorama of the automotive sector and Tecnautos before the respective measures that influenced and the effects that were caused by the arrival of Covid-19, the importance of the strategies to be developed to counteract the negative impact in the automotive sector to international level of imports and exports of auto parts with the support of platforms such as: TRADEMAP and MEKNIT, the opportunities of potential markets and the concentration in certain niches. Finally, a proposal for an improvement plan is presented that seeks to implement strategies that counteract the effects of the pandemic with their respective conclusions and recommendations.

    Sustainable Development refers to social welfare, environmental conservation as well as economic growth in accordance with the biocapacity of the ecosystem, promoting a development model that satisfies the needs of a social, economic, cultural diversity and a healthy environment, in order to contribute to the living conditions of the present population without compromising the natural environment of future generations. In this order of ideas, it is necessary to establish that environmental problems are inherent to development processes, modifying the socioeconomic processes and dynamics of each region; Generating as an essential element for sustainability to achieve an interaction between the satisfaction of current and future human needs and aspirations, with the maintenance of the balance of biophysical systems and social systems.

    Iniciativas internacionales de crecimiento verde en América Latina

    The main objective of the document is to determine the effect that international initiatives on green growth have had in Latin America with respect to environmental technological development, more specifically for the countries of Colombia, Chile and Costa Rica. To do this, the Green Growth initiatives of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and Bio Trade of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) were identified. Specifically, it addresses the international commitments made by each country to create domestic policies that promote environmentally responsible economic growth. In order to evaluate the effects on environmental technological development, the before and after of the adaptation of internal public policies and their integration with international organizations on the result and progress in the generation and growth of registered patents of environmentally related technologies and the growth of environmentally related technologies are taken into account, of which a quantitative analysis shows countries with great potential for growth and environmental influence within the ecosystem.

    Oportunidades del limón tahití en el mercado internacional

    This work shows the commercial opportunities that an unconventional product such as the Tahiti lemon, known as a citrus, has in the entire foreign field, where its production and harvest in a country like Colombia is analyzed, to the extent that it has a competitive advantage for the factors that are mentioned in Michael Porter's theory. For this, the elements to be taken into account to enter the market and be successful in the United States were identified, where the main competitor is Mexico, which is one of the largest exporters in the world. Concerning aspects of the growth of the demand for this product are analyzed, since it is wanted to show the effect that it can have both for farmers and companies, to the extent that they will obtain greater income and opportunities for its growth. On the other hand, the different markets that are leaders in import and export are shown, to observe the options that are available as a market and which one is more feasible to enter through a weighting matrix, in addition to knowing the standards that must be followed. into account for the entry of the product.
