Propuesta de Integración de las prácticas medicinales ancestrales de la comunidad indígena Muisca Chibcha de Engativá a las actividades turísticas
Cardenas-Bernal, Angie Daniela; Cruz-Acosta, Maria Paula; Cárdenas Mora, Giovanna Carolina
Spiritual tourism is aimed at the person who lives it enjoying the privilege of having a balance between body, mind and spirit; where the person is looking to connect with himself, this through practices or rituals; This project is focused on a tourist tour where spiritual knowledge is integrated through the ancestral medicine of the Muisca Chibcha indigenous community. Where tourists get new experiences, knowledge and a new perspective towards this community. During the investigation a mixed methodology was determined; On the one hand, an interview was conducted with two people familiar with the subject who went to Sigifredo Niño Rocha who is the leader of the Muisca Chibcha indigenous community and Marc Beltrán, a doctor by profession and knowledgeable of the Muisca Chibcha culture. A survey of tourists was also formulated in sites with a greater influx of interest in indigenous communities, defining the number of surveys with a total of 165 people, where the target group was identified; obtaining as a result place of origin, the frequency and with whom they travel and established the medicinal practices of greater interest along with the services to be included in the tourist route.
