    Competencia desleal en las importaciones, estudio de caso: Dumping en Colombia

    The work was carried out in order to meet the application that performs the competent authority to foreign firms which practice dumping under the rules established internationally for the anti-dumping procedure. These anti-dumping rules are considered initially that they are to benefit small and medium-sized enterprises which are vulnerable to international market, but the main participants of these rules are actually large manufacturers who exploit this protection of government guidance against foreign competitors, in order to reduce competition. The method used for the development of the content of this study was qualitative exploratory approach and descriptive because that emphasis is placed on a subject that has no major statistical data due to the little information obtained regarding to this unfair competition, managing to describe cases of upscale at the same time. In this research, it was determined that cases of Colombian companies exposed to dumping, obtained as a result of your request the promotion of standard of anti-dumping proceedings
