    This paper seeks to propose a business improvement plan that shows possible solutions to the problems detected through observation, research and diagnosis applied to the company PIO XII 2, This being the case, there is an important part of the management of the improvement that is given by the planning, direction, control, monitoring, evaluation, and decision making. In this order of ideas, business management must be supported by the different processes and areas of the company, These are elements that must work in a concordant way to ensure the fulfillment of the strategy and the objectives that the Company has set. The above is based on the exercise of the Company’s operations, through the processes, is where empiricism must be avoided, to avoid ambiguities and threats in the execution of tasks and to prevent the outcome of the processes from becoming an internal weakness, making the processes and decision making to be directed to useless situations and that they do not add value to the strategy of the company, because they are not well designed. It is there, where it is important to emphasize that the drugstore Pio XII 2 has come in growth, however such growth has taken place in an unplanned way, where to greater reason of the commercial demand, exponentially the increase of the products in stock of the inventory was presented, having as a result, that the management of the areas of the drugstore requires more attention and commitment, from its collaborators.
