    Impacto que genera la comunicación en rotación en las organizaciones en Bogotá D.C. para el 2021.

    Turnover is one of the greatest challenges that are introduced by the organizations today, although this problematic varies according by the policies of each company, it was necessary to make a diagnostic to know what are the points that are affecting the increase in the city of Bogota; by this way could be posible to give recommendations to their respective improvement representing the abandonment of jobs, said this, it’s understood the importance of an effective process of human talent management in the recruitment of future employees, so base don the importance of communication in all these processes. That is why the main objective of this project was mainly to identify the variables that produce the increase in personnel turnover in the organization as well to see that is the impact that communication generates in the turnover, in order to propose actions to minimize attrition. This point was achieved after defining the measurement instruments, applying them, tabulating the information then interpreting the results of the survey. From this point, a research was carried out base don authors since this will be one of the tools that will help to improve the conditions of an organizational climate. According to the above mentioned, some of the recommendations were proposed to help companies in general to know the reasons for desertion and to direct the work performance of their employees.
