    This text covers the development of an initiative to be implemented and developed in an SME company located in the city of Bogotá, in which initially you did not have the knowledge and resources to be able to undertake in a sector as strong as agriculture, an additional that this company called the Bodegón de Cota decided to have its winery in the most competitive place of the city as is the central of Abastos. In view of the above, three students of the Augustinian University initiate a process of research and analysis of this micro company internally and externally accordingly that they consider that there are several elements to be potential in it allowing in turn to put into practice what they have learned during their academic process and provide a strategic solution and practices the problem of greater impact that currently persists in the company which corresponds to the inventory.
