    The central objective of the document is to determine the design of the wellness plan that the GML Software company should implement, since, being from the technology sector, it manages specific roles and profiles where their interests vary from age, hobbies, tastes, among others. therefore, we worked under a survey to have the necessary information for the development of this work and to achieve the objectives of this design for the company and also to have a positive impact on the collaborators of this great organization that has more than 22 years of experience. years in the market but which has grown little by little and has decided to structure the Human Talent area and its processes in which the wellness area was included.
