Item Propuesta de mejora para mitigar novedades en la entrega de pedidos en operador logístico PHAREXTorres Sandoval Leidy Yodima; Cortes Rueda Leidy Esperanza; Cepeda Gordillo Gerson FernandoThis research aims to design an improvement proposal to reduce the delivery incidents occurring in the order fulfillment process of the logistics operator PHAREX. These incidents generate additional costs, operational rework, reduced efficiency, and lower customer satisfaction. The study is based on the analysis of the company's historical records, identifying that most incidents are related to errors in the order-picking process, mainly due to missing products, verification failures, lack of standardized procedures, and human error. The research follows a quantitative approach with a descriptive scope. Data will be collected through operational records, direct observation of warehouse activities, and surveys administered to personnel involved in the order-picking process. The proposed methodology is supported by continuous improvement tools, including the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle, the Ishikawa cause-and-effect diagram, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), in order to identify the root causes of operational incidents and develop strategies to optimize the order-picking process. The expected results include a reduction in operational errors, improved delivery reliability, enhanced competitiveness of the logistics operator, and increased customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the proposed improvement model may serve as a reference for other organizations facing similar logistics challenges.
