    The current market conditions make organizations seek to implement strategies that allow them to remain current and be competitive over time, for this they establish improvements in administrative, productive and operational processes in order to offer innovative goods and services that comply with the current needs and to ensure the satisfaction of internal and external customers. Support these processes in a quality management system and in the ISO 9001: 2015 standard offers guarantees, an added value, to obtain standards and high levels of quality, in this way to continue working on continuous improvement and reduce reprocessing, risks, threats , weaknesses and be prepared for the impact of these. This work constitutes a proposal for the improvement of the processes of the Flexo Spring SAS organization and is supported in the quality management system and the ISO 9001 2015 standard, in order to strengthen the path of continuous improvement, be competitive and offer quality services.
