    This project aims to study and analyze the cultural subsector of the visual arts in urban design as an opportunity to generate productive activity based on intellectual property, creating development, innovation and a new field of growth in the economy. Strategic plan that allows the strengthening of the activities of said subsector to generate competitiveness and integration and thus open the opportunity to participate in international markets. This subsector is part of the Orange economy, which corresponds to an unexplored creative economy that has undergone great growth and has consolidated the new form of entrepreneurship and economic development, although the subsector requires the implementation of strategies that contribute their activities towards greater cost effectiveness.
