    The case study for the internationalization of the Shaio Clinic, reaffirms the importance of the increase in exports of health services of high complexity, expanding the participation of the health sector worldwide, where it was possible to identify the most appropriate strategy according to the theoretical component knowing the level of internationalization that is the organization, likewise determining what is required for a global expansion of the health service characterizing the socio-economic profile of the clients, together with the conditions of the existing markets, with the processes that I carry out to enter them and likewise replicate said conditions in markets with great potential for investment, as is the Pacific Alliance, improving the processes according to the acquired experience, also knowing the limitations according to the installed capacity and the advantage of incremental, radical innovation also technology in health practices of high complexity with the Shaio Clinic increasing exports of health services under the modality of tourism in health.
